Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings for camping packages must be completed through the Ezi Camping Limited website.
- Acceptance of the quotation is due within 7 days of receipt. In the case of where the booking date is in less than 7 days of initial enquiry, the acceptance of the quote is due within 48 hours and full payment is due 24 hours prior to the pick up date. Payments can be made securely through Stripe via your booking invoice.
2. Minimum Booking Period
- The minimum rental period is two nights, applicable for bookings for solo camping, couples camping and duo camping & basic packages. There is no maximum hire period.
3. Deposits and Refunds
- A refundable security deposit will be required upon booking. This deposit is fully refundable once all gear is returned without loss or damages. Refunds will be processed within 1 business day.
- Deposit amounts range from $120 – $300 depending on the package of your choice.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking start date.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the booking start date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may incur a cancellation fee.
- Modifications to bookings are allowed up 7 days before the start date, subject to availability.
5. Pick-Up, Delivery & Returns
Ezi Camping Limited offers options for gear pickup or delivery near Christchurch Airport. Pickup and delivery times will be confirmed upon booking.
Delivery options are currently now available across New Zealand. Pricing will vary depending on the location of delivery and package hired. In some cases, we may not be able to deliver due to the weight of the package, however if you do require delivery please talk to us and we will find the best possible solution to assist you.
- Returns are required by 5pm on the final booking day.
6. Condition of Equipment
- We take extra care in inspecting all equipment prior to hiring. Customers are responsible for checking the equipment upon receipt and notifying Ezi Camping Limited of any damages or missing items within 24 hours.
- Customers are responsible for the care and safe use of the equipment during the rental period. Damages, loss, or unkept equipment may result in a fee deducted from the deposit that will be equal to the current market value of the item.
- Upon your booking start date, you will receive a pre-hire package which will include instructions of how to use the equipment.
7. Liability
- Ezi Camping Limited is not liable for any personal injury, damage, or loss sustained while using our equipment. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure their safety and the safety of others while using the equipment.
8. Privacy Policy
- Ezi Camping Limited respects your privacy. Any personal information (including personal identification documentation) collected during the booking process will be used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with any third-parties.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Ezi Camping Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
